# Schedule compressor service and assign the crew

Assign service requests to techs and dates. See the crew, open work, and expected parts shortages on the Dispatch board.

## The job, date, and tech together

Drag a service request onto a tech's lane for the day. NORDVEST saves the scheduled date and assignment together.

The open queue holds work awaiting a date. Search it by customer or job title when a customer calls.

The crew's scheduled service work.

## Jobs with more than one tech

Assign the same request to a second tech when the work needs a crew. Both techs remain assigned to that job.

## Parts available at the branch

NORDVEST checks expected parts against the assigned branch's stock when you schedule work. A warning lists shortages for you to review.

You can keep the date while you arrange the parts, or schedule another day.

## The day's work for each tech

Print a day sheet with each tech's assigned stops. Include the parts picklist when you prepare the truck.

Techs can write their stop order on the printed sheet.
