// ASSET GROUPS

# Organize compressors by building, line, or room

Group the equipment at each customer site by the names your techs use: north plant, packaging line, or compressor room.

## The equipment at each site

Asset groups organize a customer's equipment. Name them after buildings, production lines, rooms, or departments.

## Groups within groups

A building group can contain production-line groups. Place the compressors and related equipment under the line they serve.

Expand a group to see its equipment. Each customer can have a different arrangement.

## The machine keeps its history

Move equipment between groups when the plant changes. The asset keeps its service records and component history.

Removing a group leaves its assets ungrouped. It preserves the equipment records.

## Plan work at a site

Review the equipment in a group before a visit. Read each machine's recorded hours, parts, and service history.

Readings and components stay on the machine record.
